QACA invites you, your families and friends to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 2019! Join us for a beautiful night filled with musical performances, poetry, story-telling, a photo exhibition, games and delicious cultural food brought to you by the QACA youth committee.

This year, we dedicate our Eid celebration to all those living away from their homeland, it is a celebration of your journeys and talents.

We invite you to share a photo from home along with your story to be exhibited and shared with the community. You can share stories about your families back home, a nostalgic memory, a story about your journey to, and life in Australia.

This event is all about coming together as a community to understand and celebrate the experience of Afghans and migrants from all backgrounds - their setbacks, their resilience, their sacrifices and successes. We all have a special journey to share, so enjoy some Afghan tea and listen to the heartfelt and beautiful stories from the community.
