Migration and Visa Assistance

I am a Registered Migration Agent that specialises in humanitarian and protection visas. I also provide migration assistance with all Australian visas, as required. I have worked closely with the Afghan community in Queensland for many years through my work at Multicultural Development Association. I share a deep connection with the community and I primarily work with Afghan clients seeking asylum in Australia. 

 

I received my migration agent qualifications from Australian National University Canberra in 2017. The Migration Agent profession is regulated by the Office of Migration Agent Registration Authority, Department of Home Affairs.

  • We will provide you advice relevant to your visa class and subclass for the purpose of travel or permanent migration to Australia.

  • We will assist you in the completion of relevant forms and documents for your visa application.

  • We will assist you in the completion of any assessment requirements for your visa application.

  • We will provide you advice and assistance to prepare supporting documentation required for your visa application. 

  • We will submit your visa application to the Department of Home Affairs (‘the Department’) for processing.

  • We will liaise with the Department to provide additional documentation or information as requested by the Department.

  • We will prepare supporting submissions, prior to decision, to the Department.

  • We will advise you within two business days of communications from the Department regarding your visa application and, where possible, assist you to comply with requests made by the Department.

  • We will keep you fully informed of progress of your visa application.

  • We will continually assess legal requirements for your nominated visa class and subclass.

  • We will advise you of changes to the law or policy that may affect your visa application during the visa application process.

  • We will advise you within one business day of our being informed of the outcome of your visa application.

  • We will provide to you post visa grant migration advice regarding visa conditions and visa requirements.
