QACA celebrates the achievements and contribution of Afghan women in Queensland, and also Afghanistan.

Women's Day is a day to celebrate the mothers, the caregivers, and the supporters. It is also a day to acknowledge the long history of womens' struggle for rights and equality — the change makers. Afghanistan has a long history of women challenging and speaking out on controversial issues.
